Madalena Liberacka-Dwojak
Dr. Magdalena Liberacka-Dwojak is a psychologist, sexologist, and psycho-oncologist specializing in clinical communication. She works as an assistant professor in the Department of Health Psychology at Kazimierz Wielki University in Bydgoszcz. She has participated in numerous training programs, including workshops on cultural competence, clinical communication, and the application of advanced statistical methods in health research. She has also contributed to studies on sexual health and the role of psychological factors in chronic disease management. As one of the lecturers for the Blended Intensive Programme, she integrates her expertise in psychology and sexology to provide evidence-based tools and interactive training in clinical communication and patient-centered care. Her research interests include the role of communication in patient satisfaction, psychosexual functioning, and the use of technology in health education.

Kamila Litwic-Kamińska
Kamila Litwic-Kaminska is MA and PhD in Psychology. She combined scientific and applied work in the field of sport and exercise psychology. She is employed as an assistant professor in the Department of Personality at Kazimierz Wielki University in Bydgoszcz. She also undertakes permanent cooperation as an applied sports psychologist with the Zawisza Bydgoszcz Shooting Club.
Her research interests include stress and coping, relaxation methods, and sleep quality, especially concerning the level of physical activity and sports participation. In practice, she based on one of the more commonly used mental training programs - Harwood and Anderson 5Cs, with the following areas included in the model: Commitment, Communication, Concentration, Control, and Confidence.
As one of the lecturers of the Blended Intensive program, she integrates knowledge from psychology and sports science, considering a biopsychosocial approach to individual functioning, in order to apply health-promoting prevention.

Alicja Malina
Dr. hab. Alicja Malina, prof. uczelni – psychologist and sociologist, professor at Kazimierz Wielki University in Bydgoszcz, where she serves as the Dean of the Institute of Psychology from October 2024. Since 2022, she has been the Director of the Psychological Aid Center. Her research focuses on infertility and assisted reproduction, particularly on factors influencing effective coping with infertility treatment crises and the role of social support. Her work contributes to a better understanding of the psychological challenges associated with infertility and the development of effective support strategies for patients undergoing fertility treatment.
She has extensive academic and teaching experience, conducting courses both in Poland and abroad. She is a member of the Polish Psychological Association and the European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology (ESHRE). She has completed research and teaching internships in Australia, Cyprus, and Poland.

Maciej Michalak
Dr Maciej Michalak, psychologist specializing in psychology of rehabilitation. He works as an assistant professor at Department of Psychology at Kazimierz Wielki University in Bydgoszcz. His research interests are focused on health psychology, psychology of rehabilitation and work and organizational psychology. As one of the lecturers for the Blended Intensive Programme, he will present topics related to inclusive communication with patients with disabilities and the use of Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) tools. His contributions will focus on improving the ability to interact effectively with individuals with communication difficulties, ensuring that healthcare services are accessible and patient-centered.

Monika Wiłkość-Dębczyńska
Dr hab. Monika Wiłkość-Dębczyńska is a psychologist, specializing in chronopsychology and clinical neuropsychology. She heads the Department of Health Psychology at the Faculty of Psychology in Bydgoszcz and chairs the Scientific Council of the Center for Psychological Help at Kazimierz Wielki University in Bydgoszcz. She is also professionally affiliated with the Department of Psychiatry at the Collegium Medicum in Bydgoszcz, Nicolaus Copernicus University in Torun. She has participated in 4-year trainings in cognitive behavioural therapy and clinical psychology. She has authored and co-authored over 80 scientific publications. As one of the teachers for the Blended Intensive Programme, she will address the topic of sleep hygiene and disorders as well as the use of CBT techniques in the patient education process.

Ludmiła Zając-Lamparska
Dr. Ludmila Zajac-Lamparska is a psychologist, gerontopsychologist, and cognitive neuropsychologist. She specializes in cognitive and neurocognitive aging, cognitive interventions for older adults (especially cognitive training and interventions using new technologies), compensatory brain activity in older adults, and successful aging. She is an Associate Professor at Kazimierz Wielki University in Bydgoszcz, Poland, and a Chair in General and Human Development Psychology. She is also the president of the Polish Association of Human Development Psychology (PSPRC) and a board member of the European Cognitive Aging Society (EUCAS). She has participated several times in the ERASMUS Plus program, both as a visitor at other universities and as a host of a visitor at her home university. Her lectures in the Blended Intensive Program will focus on communication with older adults, considering the role of cognitive ability (including cognitive impairment) in the communication process and the resultant special communication needs.
