BIP Erasmus+ Clinical Communication with Patient Education Elements – summary of the visit of international students

From May 26th to 30th, 2025, we had the pleasure of hosting students from three partner universities: Başkent University (Turkey), Università Telematica Internazionale UNINETTUNO (Italy), and Université de Picardie Jules Verne (France), who participated in the BIP Erasmus+ programme “Clinical Communication with Patient Education Elements.”

It was an intensive and inspiring week filled with lectures, workshops, and discussions on clinical communication and patient education. The sessions were led by: dr hab. Wiktor Dróżdż, prof. UMK, dr Magdalena Liberacka-Dwojak, dr Kamila Litwic-Kamińska, dr hab. Alicja Malina, prof. UKW, dr Maciej Michalak, dr hab. Monika Wiłkość-Dębczyńska, prof. UKW, dr Ludmiła Zając-Lamparska, prof. UKW.

Beyond the academic activities, there was also time for exploration and integration. Together we discovered Bydgoszcz during a city game, enjoyed a boat trip on the Brda River, and shared lunches and long conversations – all of which, we hope, will lead to lasting friendships and future collaborations.
